The present study attempts to present a new scientific algorithm for evaluating and selecting suppliers by combining multi-criteria decision-making techniques and improving their implementation process. For this purpose, in the first step, similar studies were reviewed, and then, with the help of organizational experts, eight important indicators that are effective in selecting suppliers were extracted, which are: price, quality, on-time delivery, production capacity, geographical location, payment terms, technological capabilities of devices, and after-sales service. In the next step, the proposed algorithm was described with the help of real data from YouTube Company. Thus, first, with the help of the entropy technique (completion of the decision matrix by the company&#8217;s experts), the initial weight of the indicators was extracted, then with the help of the analytic hierarchy process technique (survey of the company&#8217;s CEO), a new weight for the indicators was calculated and combined with the initial weights to obtain the final weights.
